• Arrival/departure
  - the rooms are available starting from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Please leave the room free within 12 am on the day of
    departure.
  - On availability a delayed departure is possible on surcharge of EUR 25,00 per person.

• Cancellations:
  - for bookings cancelled at least three weeks prior to arrival, the advance will be returned, otherwise
  - for bookings cancelled 21 to 9 days prior to arrival, 30% of the booked services
  - for bookings cancelled 8 to 1 days prior to arrival, 80% of the booked services
  - for bookings cancelled 1 day prior to arrival or no show 100% of the booked services
  - delayed arrival or early departure, 80% of the booked services.
  
  
• Trip insurance:
  Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische travel insurance.
