Classic Finnish Sauna

This is a mixed nude area. The Classic Finnish Sauna has temperatures of 80 - 100°C and dry air of 10% - 15% humidity.
For this sauna we use spruce wood that comes from a 200 to 300 year-old barn. This wood collected sun and warmth over so many years and this is now being radiated again in our Sauna Stube. The Stube is still the warmest and most important area in every farm and is where the family gathers to eat, to rest and to converse.

Ladies Sauna

This is reserved exclusively for the ladies!
This steam bath has an agreeable temperature of 45 - 49°C and a humidity of 90% - 100%. This cleans the skin and activates the breathing passages.

Caltrun Sauna

In the mixed nude area. The Caltrun is a bubbling spring of cold water in our immediate vicinity. The legend tells of a large jug containing a valuable treasure that was closely guarded by a worm. The drinking water from the fountain in the sauna entrance comes from the Caltrun spring. The Caltrun Sauna is a steam room with temperatures or 45 - 48°C and humidity of 90% - 100%. This cleans the skin and activates the breathing passages.

Pinus Sauna

In the mixed nude area. A Bio-Sauna with a moderate humidity of 50% - 60% and a comfortable temperature of 50 - 55°C. The origin of this sauna is the "Brechlbad", whose healthy effects were valued by our ancestors on the mountain farms, until it was prohibited by the bishop. Fresh spruce branches lie on the floor and over the oven in the middle of the room. Essential oils are inhaled and absorbed by the skin and you feel reborn.

Kneipp step-bath

Our Kneipp step-bath is a small medical sensation. It regulates the circulation, stabilizes the nervous system and revitalizes the mental well being. Special stones massage the soles of your feet and at the same time influence all parts of your body.
