The cuisine is managed directly by our chef Georg, the host, who personally selects the raw ingredients and vegetables, which he gathers from his garden. South Tyrol Specialities and dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, in refined combinations, with selected wines from the best producers.
Restaurant. For those who are concerned about their figure, a Wellness Menu is proposed with 501 kcal, based on pureed vegetables, light delicacies and second courses based on fish or lean meat. Vegetable buffet and homemade sweets every day.
